The facility is located outdoors subject to inclement weather and the weather policies of Universal Orlando. In the event of closure, a rain-check will be issued and valid upon reopening.

Guests must follow posted rules and reasonable staff instructions, use equipment responsibly, and behave respectfully toward other guests and staff. Children must be appropriately supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
We may pause play, restrict access, or require a guest to leave when reasonably necessary for safety or in response to disruptive behavior.
